Payment: All orders must be pre-paid via Visa, Master Card, Paypal, American Express, Discover, check or money order unless otherwise approved by Style Data. Check orders will be held for 10 days or until check clears before processing. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee. Orders that are cancelled after artwork has begun and/or materials purchased for your job will incur a $35 fee.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise.
Guarantee/Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything possible to make that happen. Since our merchandise is custom, it is not returnable except in cases of damage or poor quality. We do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen. You will be emailed a link to a proof for your order, which includes a form for you to sign off on. If it is a large order, you may wish to have an actual 'first production piece' as your proof. We don't want mistakes any more than you do!
If you do have to return your merchandise, it will be repaired or replaced, pending our inspection. There are NO REFUNDS. Repair or replacement are the only options. Please also note that we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. No refunds will be given for product that does not reach you in time if we shipped it in time. Please 'pad' your DATE NEEDED by a day or two to avoid this.
Should you have a damaged shipment, please contact us through our contact form, or call 800-969-5993. We will give you a Return Authorization number (RA) to reference in your return. You must make claims for damaged/defective merchandise within 3 business days of receipt of the order.
Then, repackage the item in its original box (if still ship-worthy) with the packing slip and ship your item prepaid and insured to the following address:

Color Matching: If you have specific colors for us to TRY to match, you must either send us a paper printout of the colors or reference specific Pantone colors. We will not guarantee color matches without one of these options (printout preferred), and we will not guarantee colors on orders for under certain minimums, which vary by product. We cannot guarantee on any item. Different inks and different products react differently. We will get the color as close as we can. If matching is a significant issue you, please request a first piece sample of your order.
Shipping: Style Data uses DHL, UPS and as it's primary shippers. Style Data reserves the right to use a carrier other than the one you choose, with no additional charge to you.Style Data is not responsible for carrier delays, and merchandise cannot be returned due to any such delays. Style Data is not responsible for duties/taxes or other fees on items shipped outside of the USA.
Responsibility: Style Data’s legal and financial responsibility does not exceed the original purchase price of the goods billed.
