Order Form

This custom button is rectangular, and is perfect for personalized name tags as well as custom artwork that reqires a rectangular shape.

Artwork Specs

Maximum image size is 2" X 3", and you can choose either horizontal or vertical layout.

Do you have an idea for a layout but not a graphic? Do you need an image to go along with your personalized message? Clipart.com has millions of images you can select from. Find one that suits your needs and make a note of the ITEM #. You will be prompted for that number in the order form.

Things to Consider

Not suitable for wide graphics, best for images that can be displayed in a square area. Approx. 4" square image area on each side. Use the same image/text on one side, both, or use different graphics on each side. Please note: The insulator is WHITE before it is printed. A small 'seam' of white will remain on each side (where the insulator side stitching is) after printing.

How to Order

Please fill in the form under the "Order Form" tab to design your product. If you use your TAB key instead of your mouse to advance through fields, you will not miss any required steps. Indicate as best as possible how you would like your product designed. If you feel any requirements are not quite clear, there is a special instructions box on your checkout page and in the file upload form. We will layout your order and post an online proof for you to view and approve, generally within 1-3 days.
