Shipping & Returns

We suggest you choose UPS (continental USA). Our experience is that they are very reliable, and, on orders over 2 pounds, often cheaper than Priority Mail. In addition you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from them when your order ships. Click here for a map that shows the GROUND transit time from our zip code, 28805 to you.

Our shipping estimates are based on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of the items you order, not the total $$ amount of the order, so you may be assured of paying a fair cost.

Your order is shipped securely in a plain box or envelope, although we try to recycle boxes from our vendors, so you may see some of those coming to you. If we ship via Priority Mail, we often use the Post Office's boxes.

If your order is over $100 or so, you may expect that we will require a release signature on the package. This is for our protection and yours. Generally, custom orders are not eligible for COD.

We are always open to your suggestions and to help with any special shipping needs you may have. Please use the CONTACT US form to direct any comments you may have.

*International or Canadian Orders: Shipping total will be estimated and you will be asked for your approval of the charges before processing.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will do everything possible to make that happen. Since our merchandise is custom, it is not returnable except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect. We do everything we can to make sure that doesn't happen. You will be emailed a link to a proof for your order, which includes a form for you to sign off on. If it is a large order, you may wish to have an actual 'first production piece' as your proof. We don't want mistakes any more than you do!

If you do have to return your merchandise, it will be repaired or replaced, pending our inspection. There are NO REFUNDS. Repair or replacement are the only options. Please also note that we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. No refunds will be given for product that does not reach you in time if we shipped it in time. Please 'pad' your "need by" date by a day or two to avoid this.

If you have specific colors for us to TRY match, you must either send us a paper printout of the colors or reference specific Pantone colors. We will not guarantee color matches without one of these options (printout preferred), and we will not guarantee colors on orders for under certain minimums, which vary by product. We cannot guarantee100% color matcheson any item. Different inks and different products react differently. We will get the color as close as we can. If matching is a significant issue you, please request a first piece sample of your order.

Should you have a damaged shipment, please contact us through the e-mail above, or call 828-253-6610. We will give you a Return Authorization number (RA) to reference in your return. You must make claims for damaged/defective merchandise within 3 business days of receipt of the order.

Then, repackage the item in its original box (if still ship-worthy) with the packing slip and ship your item prepaid and insured to the following address:

For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If it is a large or costly amount to be returned, we may elect to issue a UPS call tag instead. We will advise you of this when you request your RA number.
